you should have posted the chat too... they admit to working in the same office, but not "working together" on CC as you accused them. do you have a list of games they are in, in which foul play is possible? do they win all their games? does one of them win more than others? what else do you have? did you dig into more games or was this enough for you?-Jésus noir

I agree with him, you should give more evidence. go through the log of their game and prove that they systematically avoid each other if it is the case.

Dude, we are not in charge of C&A, we are just regular user like you here.

We are only telling you that you did not put enough evidence.
It is not enough to say that you think they are doing secret diplomacy, you need to explain why and put evidence of them cheating in multiplayers game. Meaning you need to list several games, let's say 5 at least, in which they play against other players, and won.
You may also check their win %, if it's abnormaly high in multiplayers, with always one of them winning, then it can be an evidence.

But right now, there isn't enough at all.

For the multi accusation, that the multi hunters will check it, you do not have to give evidence.

Looking at a few of their games myself, I'd say that their story checks out. One or two of them have been dicks to players that joined accidentally, but I highly doubt that they are multis.

When you have a group like that playing, at least one of them should buy premium so that they can invite their friends when creating the games. No more issues. That's what I would do in their shoes.

Hi everyone,

Just saw all of this. Apologies for any delays but I can assure you no teaming up is going on here. I work with Ben and Courtney and several others who will sometimes join us in games. While it would be ideal for at least one of us to have Premium, so to avoid having random people join the public games we create for ourselves, none of us have it at this point in time. Whenever we discuss the games together, we make a point to use the chat if any diplomacy takes place.

Oh, and regarding Sam4. That is not my account, as someone may have suggested above. That was a former colleague and friend of ours. I don't think anyone has played games with him of late.

As Dr. Ice explained, we all work together. I have been a member of CC for a few years and thought it would be a great way to bond during less busy shifts. None of us are serious enough players to have considered getting premium accounts. Additionally, our company employs lots of short term workers, and you can see from out play histories that we will play with a few members for weeks at a time and then they leave. We never intended for someone to feel as if we were abusing Conquer Club and its rules in any way.

They are cleared of being multis with one another. As for a possible secret alliance, we don't have enough right now to prove it though in this game I agree that it does look a bit shady. Their claim that they work together (in the work place) has been noted.
