Each player will play 7 rounds.

At the end of 7 rounds, the player with the most Victories, wins the tournament.

In the event that multiple players have same number of victories, those players will compete one final game to determine the tournament winner.
If only 2 players are tied, the settings will be polymorphic 3 escalating. If more than 2 players are tied, the settings will be the same as those of the initial 7 rounds, only change being the number of players.

Not trying to be difficult but by reading the updated OP, I understand players to form 6 group of 6 players, each winner of the game will move to 2nd round where you will have another group of 6 players, winner win the tournament, that is 2 games to win?

That is not enough according the handbook/rules, on top of that and with 36 players, I think potential winner should play a higher amount of game.

In a 16 players bracket, winner is playing 4 games (4 rounds) to win, so I expect with 36 players to have at least the same amount.
