Can't say I like "anama" either. Not sure what it is, but it doesn't sound pleasant.

anime correction.... I will not shit on your childhood in this post.

I think anime ruined american cartoons. I like the original american cartoons but now they are like a mix with anime and american cartoons art. And don't get me wrong i am not saying Anime is the worst or it should be banned... I just really hate how it looks american cartoons in the i like that look much more. And hey its just what you like. so to each there own. I just personal don't like the infusion. Does that make sense. And i am not trying to say that some people don't like it. just not my cup of tea.

You would be surprised that the early anime was actually inspired by American cartoons. Since then, anime has literally dozens of genres and target audiences. From little boys and girls, to horror fans, to mystery fans, to people who enjoy what amounts to animated sitcoms.

If you like plain old silly slapstick style cartoons like Bugs Bunny, there's actually a number of anime like that.

Not only did I finally unearth the paper version of the first draft of the last third of my novel, I also found a free OCR program to digitize it. Now it needs the level of editin/rewriting that the first two third has had. It gets pretty dark at times from here on.
