There are actually several ties on the list. There are three "29s" (Ethiopia, Greater China, and Nubia), two "27s" (Slovakia and Eurasia Mini) and four "24s" (Madrid, USA West, Madagascar, and Duck & Cover.) The rankings of these are essentially arbitrary.
18 players needed. Seven games at a time, so premium players only, obviously. There will be five phases with seven games in each phase. Player groups are re-randomized between phases. Scores are not cumulative, except for tiebreaking purposes.
Phase 1: 18 players in 3 groups, therefore 6 players per group.

Phase 2: 15 players in 3 groups, therefore 5 players per group.

Phase 3: 12 players in 2 groups, therefore 6 players per group.
6p Assassin games. Default settings except: parachute forts, 50-round limit

Phase 4: 8 players in 4 groups, therefore 2 players per group.
Poly Dubs. Default settings except no spoils and fog.

Phase 5: 5 players in one group.
5p Standard games. Default settings.
The seven smallest maps (from Madrid to Doodle Earth)
Advancement from round to round is by number of wins in that round.

- Single fastest win in tournament
- Precedence (order of signing up.)
