I like the idea of a test. It would prepare a knight-to-be about what ppl think about us, how to act, rules on trolling, and a few fake scenarios. Its a new age of spammers!

It should be like some kind of ritual, we ought to get 5 members to give them an interview or something. Or we could set them short essays to prove their commitment to the cause.
Or I guess we could do 'blood in, blood out' style prison-gang initiations, where we send them to flame wars to 'shank' a designated poster, then see if they come out alive after a week of intense flaming. That'd be mad good fun.

It will be like a mental obstacle course, and it could vary between different groups of players. For instance, a veteran that knows the rues on trolling and spamming and everything must survive in flamewars for a week, defending spamalot, or a n00bish player must present a short paragraph on trolling and multiple posting.
