BOB not working on windows 10

I've written about this before, but have not seen a response.
I have a new computer. It came with Windows 10. I have not been able to get BOB working on it. I have tried a number of times to install it, but has never taken.
I have greasemonkey. I use firefox.
I have it on my old computer, which is running on Windows 8.1, and it has not given me any trouble.
What can I do to get BOB working and be able to use those add-ons?

Have you tried the panel interface ? It is not as bad as you may think and lot of tools provided by bob are now on it.

what is the panel interface ? is it this panel to the left - "game menu, announcements, etc. ? if so, where on it do i go ? if not, same question - where do i go?

Secondly, here is the basics on how to turn it on:
1. Turn off Bob, greasmonkey. Neither are needed, and they may screw things up if they remain on.
2. Go to settings (under personal menu, in green on the bottom left of your page)
3. You should scroll down and see this:

Game Settings
Panel Interface: Whether to use the panel based interface (including many the features below and more) on game pages (currently set to NO)?

4. Change it to yes!
