I want a recurring role of Canadian ex-pat customer, that is disappointed because all the skin magazines are ordered by Gilli and they never have HP sauce, Dr Pepper, KD or back bacon.

if you're referring to canadian bacon, it's only ham and we do have it.

It can be ham in the show just like Americans think but there is two different bacons. Typically you see the sliced belly of the pig cured and often smoked before you cook it. Then there is back bacon it is cured the same way but it is the back of the pig instead of the belly.

Good plan for an episode, when I come to the store asking for back bacon you try to sell me ham and then I rip my shirt like an Old Testament Pharisee.
