I'm being held hostage by mikehayes in four games, see below. I'm tired of this punk and just want to move on. Yes, I could deadbeat but hell with that. He and I have not been "hitting it off" and I have used harsh and abusive language with him, no racist language but language offensive to some nonetheless. I must add that the abusive was stated after the hostage holding which really lends itself to "he started it," which I realize is lame.
With that said, vacation me or kick me out, whatever you see fit but end the hostage games at least.
You can add game # 16883748 to the list, although I've been eliminated in that one. To answer a question posed above maybe Ole Mike is trying to get on the monthly points leader board, who knows what is in his mind.
His rank is dropping like a stone. I've noticed his missed many turns in some of my games. I'm betting he's done with the site. I've seen him bitch and a good number of my games about how he hates cc these days.

Yeah these are 5 games with 10+ players so once he decides he has dropped enough he can win all 5 games and get like 1,000+ points in one day and go up the most improved ladder like a rocket. Not right.

Personally I would be less concerned with the content and more regarding frequency / borderline pm abuse. Even though the hostage situation is what's causing it, the appropriate way to handle would be open the C&A case if one initial message / wall contact wasn't replied to.
Not continually PM'ing even if it's annoying.

So is being held hostage. That doesn't make the pm's right, but it doesn't make them wrong. Absent the ACTUAL infraction, the pm's wouldn't exist. A decent mod will keep that in mind when passing judgement.

I wouldn't even issue a warning for this. Don't hate the player, hate the game. Those scoreboards are probably the worst thing ever added to this website and literally encourage abuse, let it's the players playing the game that get punished. I don't always agree with their tactics, but you're literally extending an open invitation for people to do this.

Especially when there are only warnings issued and they are still eligible for the scoreboard.
