Blue seems to be assaulting any regions regardless of who owns it. If green isn't a threat to him and he is not attacking or can barely attack him, wouldn't it also be logical to leave an opponent like that alone? At this time, I don't think we have enough to confirm they have a secret alliance in their games, especially if we only have one game as evidence that we can be suspicious about.

i think you can add asindoni and hamtech recon to the list could be multis or a close group of friends.

the games where these 4 just play together there is no game chat either so obviously if they are friends they are chatting outside of the games. meaning s/d maybe a warning that they should create there games private so others cannot accidently join them would be enough.
