Concerning 'Other Games'
Aren't Other Games supposed to show up in a player's Central Command? I know they used too, but now I'm playing a few games that don't appear.

Mine never did. Mind you, it's been a while since I checked them out, but when I did they had their own list. They were never in Centcom.

Under Central Command, I get a * (asterisk) appear next to Other or Other Games across the very top of my screen; normally there is none if it NOT my turn. Even if I have an active Other Game, I do not get that * unless it is my turn.
I did have trouble access Tic Tac Toe and I am not sure that issue got resolved, maybe 4 months ago. I do play about 4-5 such games,
