This guy basically leaves either five stars or one star. You basically leave either five stars or two stars. You both equally contribute to the stupidity of the ratings system.

I did report someone once for giving straight 5 ratings all the time because they were one of the many people destroying the ratings system. Sorry, I only find very few questionable ratings which isn't enough (yet) to put him to the next level of disciplinary action for ratings abuse. This report is noted.
