do we really need to file reports about these people? whenever I come across one, I explain the situation to them and tell tell to contact KA. once they are aware of everything, I find they are more than happy to fix it themselves.

this issue is being dealt with in a special committee that hasn't had a post in over a year... there needs to be a solution for this... cheaters? not in a case like this. rule breakers? not in a case like this. however, that is how they are dealt with... oh well... good luck to this guy and good on you for trying to help him...-Jésus noir
