Why cant i leave ratings?

Been trying to leave ratings but i just connat find that option. I search on other forums and looked up the instructions but i dont see the leave ratings option anywhere. Not even in finished gmes. Please help.

I think you go to the completed games now to find the option to rate. Click on the game you wish to rate, then once you've been eliminated you should be able to see in the action bar a place to click on each person and rate them.

When you're in a completed game, it's on the Action bar:

If you're playing on mobile it's hit or miss as to whether or not you'll see the option. It's always there if the game is on going and you have been eliminated but if the game is over good luck finding the link.

As a frequent mobile user, I've noticed standard, team games, etc basically anything other then poly or 1vs1 ratings will show up. If it's poly / 1vs1 then it just shows rematch.
