Both Canadian players with bot medals, Scramp just joined but has more games played, consistently playing within 1 minute of each other. There's often a long delay between my turn and rbowler's, but almost never one between those two's, nearly always a 30-40 second delay. They don't attack each other. These are either the same person or they live together/communicate outside of the game.

Apparently a player stating he plans to throw a game before acting in such a way as to throw the game is not proof of game throwing, so you're going to have to do a lot better than this if you want these guys to get done for being multis.

You'll need a signed contract. Ask tgd to draft you something that's legally binding.
