The accused are suspected of bias in enforcement of chat rules.
None of these post violated a chat rule. Catchersmitt14 disagreed with the opinions expressed and banned me for politcal reasons.

Comments: Catchersmitt14: you can slam liberals all you'd like as long as you manage to do it respectfully.

Yes you would. What you did is called flooding. Writing the same thing over and over in the chat. Any reasonable moderator would remove you for this, no matter what it is that you're copy/pasting.

People are such babies nowadays. They think that they can just do whatever they like, even when they know it's wrong, then blame the moderators for being biased toward their political views. I've seen it all over the internet, not just here on CC. It doesn't work that way. You could have posted ONE link like a normal person and you wouldn't have been banned.

all the posts were different. i did not post the same thing over and over. If the mods on this site continue to enforce rules selectively based on personal bias, i for see bigger problems ahead

Yes, they absolutely do have a right to reply with their free speech, but this is a forum. Read the part about "no one has to host you while you say it." Therefore, the forum has a right to remove things that you say and they are not violating your free speech. You were spamming though, so this isn't even a political or free speech issue.

Why do I feel like you're trolling me? It's the way it is, I'm sorry. There is no free speech on a privately owned internet forum. Likewise, there is no free speech on a privately owned premises and the owner has the right to throw you out of an establishment if you are upsetting customers. The only place that you have a right to free speech is on government/publicly owned property. It's not a point of view, these are facts. I think you'd do well to read up on free speech laws. ^^
