Congratulations, Naruto.

Being on top of this list is indeed quite an accomplishment. When I first joined CC in 2013, I learned quickly that there were LOTS of very good game players here. And Risk is only one of the games at which many of these players are good. I have not changed that opinion in the past 4 years and have actually seen even more evidence to support my initial assessment.

In reading this thread, I think that you answered most of your critics in a reasonable fashion.

Regards my foes list, it is only just temporary and it also include players I beat. Just a few days ago, I unfoed a few. Just read my profile page for the reason. So if you check, you'd find you (xroads whom I beaten by the way) no longer are foed from a few weeks back, if I remembered correctly, from one of my earlier reviews. Because of the temporal nature of that list, I continue to review/ unfoe regularly.

Why? This gives me a better chance to meet & play new players more often especially since I do not play a large gameload ( fewer than 10 mostly) & turnover rate can be slow. This is something I picked up from someone random profile page on the site (I cannot recall who that random guy was though).

Nevertheless, some good things have came out from this. A few of these newer players whom I discovered using this method, have even played with me to let me have a chance to help improve their play/ skills while on the same team & learn from each other. That was how my newer teams with CTC, far2ezee, P3K, risk etc happened & more are in the pipeline. Playing with such a small gameload, this is an effective way for a better chance to meet more new players, whether you agree or not.

However, if someone is not on my temporary list, then he/ she was put on that list for other reasons (such as poor sportsmanship etc) & irregardless of game outcome ( victory or defeat). This is normal like everyone's foe list.

As of writing, his profile page says this:
Interests: If you are on foe list, then it is because I am targeting a higher unique kills medal. Once this is achieved, this list will be lifted.

Yynatago... not sure you understand my previous post. To get unique kills for your medals, you need to defeat your opponent... if you are beaten and you foe, the statement you copy pasted makes no sense.

It seems I didn't interpret your post correctly, nor xroad's, in which case I should highlight the faulty assertion made by xroad and JPlo64. Narutoserigala defeated his opponents before he foed them.

A search of their games show that in the last game played by xroads or JPlo64 against Narutoserigala, Narutoserigala won. After which Narutoserigala presumably foed them. xroads, in fact has never won against him.

P/s , I am not a high volume player, never was & most probably will stay that way. Normal gameload usually is below 10, also not a speedster ( tried it but my tortoise internet speed won' t keep up ). If I play more team games, then the number gets lower because team games are such high energy intensive projects!

Where my games are concerned, even a cook can play and if you check,there is also Col. hmsps, played Schloss over 1000+ times ( close to 10 times over mine). Specialists & experts such as him can play too. No one risks losing more points in my games than me, but I welcome the challenge! In fact, except for the multi player series that I am committed to, the rest of my games are public and as long as I am Conqueror & subject to my normal load, my games will continue to be publicly available, so see you there for the next game

You made me check, i thought i had played just 1 game against him and that he foed me after beating him. Actually we played 4 games. I wont a 7 player game against him, then he beat me in a trips (he probably foed me then but i didn't notice); then we had a couple of clan games against each other, won 1 lost 1 and i remember trying to join some of his poly games at that time and i couldn t as he had me foed (that was after winning a clan game and before losing the other one).
Anyways, it doesn t make much sense in terms of medal hunting, if you beat me in trips and you are only playing poly games, if you beat me in poly you will advance towards that particular medal.

You made me check, i thought i had played just 1 game against him and that he foed me after beating him. Actually we played 4 games. Good point there betiko & you are correct. Apologies for not realising this earlier. Please continue checking for my next POLY games. Right now I am at 13 and hope to finish some to bring it below 10.If you can't wait, then there is 1 trips still available. This is my brand new trips team, players who recently were discovered from my POLY public games. If you do, try to bring new members ( best effort but not compulsory of course) so I too might have a shot at increasing my unique trips kills . See you soon! Cheers.

P/S: betiko, You did not join any of my trips although my games are public & available to you. I had thought that you were sincere & now I even opened some more POLYs but still no show.

If you are afraid of Schloss, then it can' t be helped. Nevetheless, your points are less than half of mine, so the chance to win big for you should be huge incentive enough to take on new maps, even Schloss.. Even so, I did not let new maps to be an excuse not to play when I took on Conqueror's such as Kaskavel, josko or random at their maps on my way up. In fact, I was a Colonel or Brig then, took & lost many games to them. You do not need to go that far. Even if your rank is just a Major or you became a cook right now, just take one of my open games if you lacked the confidence. I welcome all ranks and my games are public.

Since you obviously wanted to play in my games, why the delay? To you, maybe it is easier to make all kinds of incessant posting but serving no purpose or meaning when you already got an open invitation.

When I look at high rankers, I look next at cross map. So many are very narrow players, 5 or 10 maps wide. My respect goes to those who hold high rank and a gold or platinum cross. That takes skill.

I am sure there are players who attach a high importance to the cross map achievements like you. Well, to each, his own.

Skillwise, after some repeat games you can obtain a good evaluation of your opponents' skills level. Sometimes, you can more or less know after even just 1 game. Does not matter how many or how few cross maps he or she has played before this.

While the number of cross maps played is not an important criteria in assessing skills but, if a Conqueror or high ranks just play 1 map exclusively, then in my opinion, it restricts his accessibility to the public.

So I tend just to find equilibrium in just the handful of maps I enjoy and public games. The map depends on the mode of my mind at the time , giving a decent chance for as many as possible to play my games

Knig it has a point tough... in five years and all those games played... you haven t even received a bronze crossmap... that s kind of a basic.... it just means you have beaten five or more opponents on 7% or less of the maps the site offers.. just 20 maps! That is nothing compared to what the site can offer (over 250 by now).
You can t possibly seen as the best with such narrow and restricted field of games played... not even the best in what you play, you d need a champioships medal for that.
You are just very good with some settings that you have been mastering for years, narrowing as much as you could your risks and being patient. Kudos for that, but just be more humble, there has been dozens and dozens of players much more talented than you are.

I don t mind playing you... just that i don t actively look for your games... i just pick stuff from the first page of games to join. If i make a search, it s to advance in a particular setting for medals.
It s just that it happened on a couple ocasions in the past that i went "let s join this poly game on das schloss against an opponent i don t remember beating in poly yet" and that i saw you had me foed.
In those cases, i generally check what was the last game i played against the person who foed me... just to see that the last game we played was team game with dice in our favour that was finished quickly, with no skirmishes at all in the chat and that you foed me and my partner after that.

Anyways, it s also quite funny to see how self centered you are since this is probably the only thread I ve seen you post in in general discussions, and whenever there is a new post you reply immediately. You must be one of these guys googling his own name a lot right?
