That is some bizarre revisionist history there. European nations colonizing abroad were in most cases removing bloodthirsty despot kings and replacing them with stability and good government. Europeans may have had to break the occasional egg to make an omelette, but they brought vaccinations, the rule of law, egalitarianism. road and railroads, peace and stability.
