Unless CC is planning on banning everyone who has their account logged in to (including anyone who has a sitter), khaz has clearly done nothing wrong and must be FREED at once.

I lost the long running hotmail address that was attatched to this account. It was a hassle to change it. I Would lose the one attatched currently if my iPad dies since I don't know the password and it's not attatched to a cell phone number I have. I don't use email much. I know that is strange since I am online so much.

They probably sent the email to a dead email address.

I suspect Kaz never got notice and moved on in life like most of the membership list.

I'm not blaming you. What I'm saying is when I submitted an e-ticket to do something here it generated an e-mail to whatever dead address I had on file.

After PMs with an admin we found out changing it to one that sort of works did not generate an email to that address because the spam settings are too high and I can't change them because I only access it from iPad via remember my password and can't access the settings to change that...

If he can log in to bitch to his friends about being banned, he can certainly take the opportunity to file an e-ticket. If he files an e-ticket, it asks for his email address, so even if he has a dead email on file, he can take that opportunity to put in a current email address. He'd be sure to get an email within three or four days after that, so even if it went to his spambox he would just have to check his spambox to see if there was something from CC.

So no, Tee Gee's response was not douchey. We're pretty confident he knows what he has to do and simply refuses to do it.

Good to see they fixed that since my issue. Seems like a security risk to just send it to a new email that might be that guy that was using his password to cause the ban but kudos.

I sent him a PM, I can see who was logged into his account when that PM was opened. Khaz read the PM that I sent. At the time he obviously chose not to act on it.

He's prob super mad at CC for hoeing him out when clearly you all know he's innocent past being in a clan where some passwords were likely shared as are in many. I don't myself, for this exact reason amongst others but it is a common practice quite normal for most.

The guy is clearly a seperate human being in a seperate country who got completely sidewinded by a lunatic on a self destructive path. A person who flipped personalities and melted down in a matter of days taking many other accounts with him. It should have been handled differently.

If anything you should just apologize for any inconvenience, plead to allow you to reverse it and quit acting like protocol holds precedent over any one single beloved member of the community, let alone multiple. Same thing with many other players(that even moderation will mourn over from time to time) that were perma banned in the past but can, "just send an e-ticket" because it's so fun, convenient and you'll be there to hold their hand through the entire process.

Don't just act like you care because you are going through the motions of your chosen volunteerism. Actually show it by making things correct and then we can work together on solutions as how to prevent it from happening again. I can't believe you are getting defensive and getting perturbed.

I usually always agree with current moderation and administrative process but this one was just rude and he should be given a full pardon. Also remember I had purchased him premium not but a month or so before therefore I think it extra rude to me as well.
