They teamed up without declaring it in the chat. Their Borderline didnt changed for many rounds and rustin has some troops on irrelevant regions. I asked him if he teamed up with zabin but i got no answer. Ingame, zabin is obviously the stronger player but rustin still favorits to brake my bonus instead of zabins.

With regards to posting to each others' wall, they have not done that. Yellow and green also happen to be neighbors in Manchuria and West China, as well as in Far East & Southeast Asia. It is up to the players to decide who he attacks or if he defends his bonus.

Looking at the game right now, red and green's last turns are mostly against each other. Zabin is so dominant right now that it doesn't look like he doesn't need a (secret) ally to take over the game. It is also still a question if green does read the game chat or responds to it.

So teaming up is legal if you pretend to attack the other player in a game phase where the game is almost over. ok good to know
