hjelp, me and a couple of others were all on roughly the same number of troops (40ish) with similar size bonuses. hjelp was in the lead and going to win if we didn't reduce his troop count, so I attacked him a couple of times and knocked 4-5 troops off one of his stacks. His response has been to move every single one of his troops to our border and suicide into me repeatedly. We both still had a chance in the game until he did that. He basically got pissed that I was trying to stop him winning and decided to wipe me out as punishment.

1. You simply can not expect that if you poke a lion he wont bite you... He will, and you will learn the hard way what you should not do.
2. mrswdk has the lowest points from all players. Personally if I cant win I would target someone will lowest points so I will lose less points.

hjelp's ratings is pretty good so that helps him show that he does not 'suicide' regularly. Perhaps this is an isolated case, and as GoranZ stated:

There is absolutely nothing to see here. Spurious report mrswdk. You made a big diplomatic mistake and got to face the consequences... just take it as a lesson and don t blame hjelp for reacting like 90% of the players do on CC in these particular cases, from noob to experienced.

Did you read anything in this thread at all before joining or did you just see the accused's clan mates piling in to criticise me and assume that because they're clan nerds they must be correct?

I attacked him and managed to kill 6 of his troops without losing any of mine. That was enough that hjelp was no longer in the winning position so I stopped. He could have waited and attempted to get back into first place, but instead he chose to suicide 40-50 of his troops into me making sure that neither of us could win.

Suicide is only if you didn't provoke his attack. You sure did provoke it
Your attack hurt him, so he made an attack that hurt you. Eye for an eye. Majority of the players that commented here(including me) will do the same as hjelp. Change your strategy or face more failures like this one. The Note for hjelp will change nothing.

I don't know why Green states that he had 50 troops and we were all having same strength. It's obvious that I and Orange are the strongest players. After that snap Green urged other players to attack me. As if Green would have had any chance to beat me and Orange. Green only wanted Red and Orange to attack me so that Red and Orange and I weaken our troops, it's the only way for Green to win that game. I will be the one losing for sure.

I rather let another player winning the game, A player playing a fair game and that tries to win by his own skill and machine.

There was no answer from Green. This is obviously a retaliation made by "mrswdk" only to prevent me from winning the game. Green is a "destructor".

I have played many games multi-players and there are often players trying yo team up. The most effective way to handle such aggressive act against a single strongest player, that is for the strongest player to attack the "destructor" to give the "destructor" insight that it is a mistake made. I started to use that tactic long ago since I noticed that players teamed up and attacked me.

Based on the information given I suggest that if you are going to do any actions, action should be taken against "mrswdk".

and I'm still not an idiot and I'm never abuse players (at least to my knowledge) and if I have done that then I wasn't aware of it, perhaps language is an issue..?

If I am in a multiplayer game and somebody attacks me and weakens me enough so I can't win the game anymore, but I still have some strength left in me, I will suicide into the instigator. The reason behind this is that in future games, they will think twice before crippling me again. Sound strategy seems to me.
