1) several examples need to be shown for intentional deadbeating preferably one that affects you directly and not previously dealt with.

2) you might take offense to the game chat but cc takes a liberal stance with game chat. So since this chat does not affect you personally as you were not in the game then why report it. If people in the game took offense then they would report it.
