I don't normally file these. It's just a game and by-gones be by-gones and all; but if this guy is going to be so ******* as to claim he can take me hostage by rule, then he has whatever is coming. He took the whole map while I waited, which is not even that big a deal; but then he wouldn't finish me off for however many rounds after the fact.

It also looks like you deliberately didn't end your turns in the last rounds in retaliation? I checked some of his past games and it looks like he does rather wants his games to run quick. This doesn't look like a clear cut case of hostage taking but more of two people trying irritate one another in a speed game. I have still contacted him not to resort in something like this again. Feel free to rate him accordingly and to put him on your Foe list.

No. I just didn't start my turns on the dot, and that apparently triggered him. And in fact, it seems that I pretty consistently played within the first minute of two-minute turns.
