Insults are ok in general. You will be told to famo = foe and move on.
foeing him will hide the chat so that solve that.If there is racist slur then mod may act, might be warned or banned.

The problem is if I foe him, I'm not able to see what he'll say to other people in that game. (4 players left into 8 players game).
I think a quick warning is enough for him. Even if I don't know if he was already caught...

Normally, some of the mods just add to the thread taking the piss, then they tell you to foe the perpetrator who will then send you a PM gloating that they've got away with it.....and don't waste your time appealing because that won't get you anywhere. Basically, either leave the site or just put up with it, which is a shame because 90% of the players are fine.
