Barney thought it would be cute to Intentionally suicide into me and throw the game to the player below him.

I had the largest troop count at the time and the most cards. Barney proceeded to smash all of his stacks into mine to the point that the player beneath him, that didn't have enough cards to cash, was able to take Barney out with ease and run the table.

Barney is a reckless player and has about a 90% track record of missing his first turn(s) in these games.

Right off, "cocksucker" has absolutely noting to do with homophobia.

The evidence clearly shows that he threw the game. Besides the fact that he admits it, any idiot with half a brain can see from the game log that he intentionally threw the game.

I had positioned to take out blue, who had 5 cards and give me a re-cash for 50. I took out blue and then set up with my 50 cash to take out yellow (who had 3 cards) for another re-cash etc.

I immediately had a massive dice fail against yellow on my first attack and I was forced to stop. I ended my turn with more troops what I started with, the highest card and troop count, an elimination and 5 cards from the kill.

Barney was pissed that I had to go thru one of his stacks for the blue kill (something that happens when you intentionally block) and he then retaliated by suiciding into me and throwing the game to green.

These events are all clear and can be corroborated with the game log/chat evidence/history.

I never said that he has a 90% missed turn rate you dolt! I said that he misses 90% of his FIRST turns in THESE types of games.

The fact that his overall attendance record (which factors in all turns taken, in all games) is 98%, has absolutely nothing to do with my above statement about his 1st turn record in 6 player, classic, esc. games.

Listen, the subject at hand is that Barney suicides Demonfork, that's it. No if's and's or but's. If you want to file a separate claim on Demon for the word "cocksucker", go for it. Live your dreams.

Secondly, there's really no way to prove that Barney misses his first turns consistently in speed games to amount 90% turns taken. I'm certainly not going to go into every speed game of his and see if the claim has any merit. But quit trying to spin it off as completely false, zeus. Notice how I saved the blue territory that was behind reds stack for last? That was fucking done on purpose. That way if I failed on the other blue stacks, I wouldn't have to run over red unnecessarily.

I would agree with zeus111's assessment on this as I don't think it's a clear cut case of suicide. Just because someone is able to build a large stack that player shouldn't think he is now untouchable that if someone retaliates on him it means he is suiciding. Having the largest stack doesn't forbid anyone from attacking it or does it create certain 'rules' on how others should react/avoid to it. There was no admission either as that chat is subjective.
