Can you allow more 'flexibility' to all? I mean can we have a team with a minimum of 8 players and a maximum of 10 maybe?
All 10 players are allowed to play during the tournament with a minimum of 1 game per round.
This gives more possibilities to mix players beetween teams.
ANd allow more possibilities to all captains!
Also, if a team has many FREEMIUM players, it's hard to fill all games, or some PREMIUM will play a huge amount of games each week!

I presume TD will be fine to give away 10 times the stars (prizes) instead 8 times.

I think the structure can remain as is, even do you have Freemium, and because the team creation & merging has started already, if we now change the max amount this will create a big "redo" as far making the teams, the thread has been up for lon enough to allow adjustment and I think the rules should stay lock to allow this tournament to start asap and before we start loosing players interest, per my experience and having tournament with 200+ players it's already a challenge to keep it moving to every one but on another hand I have no doubt we will loose athletes over the time and that is why having reserve to be a plus to keep that team rolling.

Actually, from the beginning we planned on variable team sizes of 8-12 per team. If someone needs to drop out, a reserve is not needed so long as you have a minimum of 8 members. Reserves are still okay if you have over 12. No matter if you have 8 or 12 people, each must play in a minimum of 1 game per round to be considered an actual team member. There is still a max of 3 games per round per player as well.
