I'm not sure if this goes here or in Cheating & Abuse Reports, so feel free to move it if necessary.

Accused: nietzsche
Violation: He has an avatar of a giant monster baby. This is a problem for several reasons: (a) it is scary, (b) if the monster baby rolls over it might crush the CC server. Also, (c) it might eat the server.
Proposed resolution: make him change to something appropriate for a U-18 site

Even if I were deplorable enough to cheat on my essays, I wouldn't pay a Pakistani who can't even write a forum post. Not only because there is no evidence that this person can use English but also because I try not to support any Muslim economies.
