Comments:this person easily asked other person to remove his troops from some border so he can focus on others and he accepts!!I don't know if it's legal or not but I think it should be illegal.

As long as done in game chat and not through wall posts it is legal.
Quite common in 3player games when 1 takes over.

The mh's will check him out but I think this will be closed soon.
