What is this ? Is this just a spam or it has some deeper meaning

They have automatic snap turned on. If you turn on your ability to see snap shots, then it will display as that and you can look at any snap shot you or a teammate takes. It is in the control panel settings.

I went to settings and Automated Snapshots was already turned on.
It looks like that function doesent work.

Works fine for most people. Just to confirm: you have Panels turned on? And what browser do you use?

Panel Interface was turned off. I switched it on and now it works.
