I have no option to leave ratings on finished games?
Anyone wanna send screenies so I can troubleshoot?

Did you finish the game you were playing with the person you want to rate? That is how one gets a screen to leave ratings.
It should appear on the screen in the same box that tells you that you one or lost and offers you a chance to click for a rematch.
I just looked at your completed games to see if there was something strange and saw the last game you had. You can Foe him and never have to deal with him again.
