Comments: These players have a history together. They seem to play in alot of games together allowing one another to win. They enter the room with rude comments and gang up on a player until they are able to eliminate them. I wouldn't mind this if they were playing doubles, however they aren't. A simple stroll through their recent games will obviously show their alliance.

Funny.... these guys play in alot of doubles games together and when they lose they seem to make a habit of reporting the other team for cheating... Yet here are those same nitwits playing in open games together... Anyone who partners regularly with someone should NOT play open games with that same gamer... Doesn't matter how you claim you play, it's a little hard to believe that your not helping your doubles partner out... especially when one of you wins.

Solution - just stop playing in open games together - or at least make them private so all involed know what they are up against.

Also - stop being a baby and reporting everyone you lose against - change name to DYLAN the SORE LOSER. LOL

actually i believe I have a higher win then you miller but anyways -- when BillyD and I are in an open game together --usually he is the first person that I attack and go after ... If you look into the game log you'll see that He is the one that I attacked first. Took his ass right out of aussie. then for most of the game he was on the other-side of the continent so I really had no chance to get to him.

I took blue out in the third round, and completed taking over asia and s.america, went to attack digital at the brazil/N.Africa Boarder 9v 4 and lost. so I couldn't break up his continent. Next Billy D took out yellow and then I killed BillyD. The game lasted all of 8 rounds...not much else there to talk about. no secret alliance...We've always been good about the rules with treaties and announcing them in that chat if we have one.

when he is not my teamate he is my biggest nemesis. Hell, look at rank alone, generally he is my main competition in the games. Going soft on him would make it much less likely that I would win as a result. I just killed him in 2 other games, does that satisfy you?

Sometimes some of the best competition is against friends -- it's all about bragging rights, who kills who and it's always shamful to be knocked out first. Hence, I normally go after billyD first, greatest threat.

Just some thoughts here, and I'll try to be as objective and polite as possible...because I already know what you think of me.

1. Because you care so much about this being cleared, even though it doesn't affect you at all if the mods haven't made a decision yet, the mods are fucking with you (unlikely), or:
2. Because you are rushing the mods to look through this, it almost seems that you could be guilty and you hope that they miss something by only scanning through this case or the most likely scenario:
3. They are busy and/or they aren't taking this report seriously and are putting this report at the back of the line of their "to do" list.

billy- cases where you are admittedly friends can be tough to see whether a secret alliance was occurring or not. I looked at this about a week ago but I couldn't make a decision right away.

Anyway, I don't think Cozad has provided nearly enough evidence to support a secret alliance. The main sticking point is that they play team games together as well as singles. But as billy has repeatedly said, they seem to attack each other just as much if not more often than other opponents.

In fact, in the game with Cozad they began just by attacking each other and therefore did not do as Cozad claimed. I see no pattern of them favoring each other so that one of them will win, and their wins don't reflect that either.

billy and Dylan: I would of course be careful in your position since you are playing with someone you know, but if you keep attacking each other as you would anyone else you will remain innocent. Dylan's statement "If i play with friends I won't attack them as often so as to knock the peice of shit loser that has joined the round." seems incrimenating but unless there is other evidence I'll let it go.

good, I have a group of about 10 friends that play on here and we play together/against each other all the time(preferable to public games) so I could be accused of having a secret alliance with any of them. In games vs dylan, i consider him my biggest threat(see rank) in most games. We talk smack about our score vs another and I want to destroy him and bring him down to a cook!
