None of the reports I've done took more than 10-15mins of my time. I'm working from home, extra time to kill. No big deal.

Retard is obviously now a subjective term far enough down the inter-sectional tree that it is no longer a hate fact nor naughty word. Might I suggest you start reporting people for using gendered pronouns around possibly atypical gendered players. betiko and kotaro for example have ambiguous user handles so if someone where to assume the gender that betty and kotty ascribe to at that very moment that could be hate speech, maybe the english police could get involved.
From many it is indeed, a retard being a step up in mental firepower than the person slinging that word. For those with a rude ah men terry association with sentience being a retard is something to aspire to.
