Honestly I think the game is decided anyway so no harm no foul. Figured it was a multi but was mostly curious if he had multiple accounts to get around the 4 game limit and if so what the process for busting players was. Looks like the one multi referenced was from 2019 and hasn't played a game since then so mostly wanted to understand if players were given the opportunity to buy premium or something along those lines if they are using multis to get around the 4 game limit.

Guessing that is not applicable here based on your comment and the above could very well already be the process and I am just not aware.

It means that player is a cheating bastard that cheats
