Is some 2014 (/2015/2011) World Cup event in the progress?

I wanted to open some private games and found an *event* suffix behind some map names (e.g. 2014 World Cup *event*). Since the games have to fulfill certain conditions to be eligible, I thought it would be wise to ask first...
Can somebody put a link to the event thread, please?
The lowest rank: Question Mark
The lowest score: 1000
The lowest place on the scoreboard: don't remember
