There should be a temporal state for this and alike faulty gamers...
There are a lot of situations, we society condemn, but such situations still stands one single milimeter behind the red line for authorised personnel to sign for a banishment, temporal or permanent, whatever.
Such faults, faulty acts and showings, they doubtless leave nasty taste over the community, hence reduce, trim down the desirability, charm of the site, on the other hand players linked with these faluts, low acts, showings still stay there, maybe noted, maybe not, and it is as if these players were chasing for new prays to create new troubles to end up in CA once back again.

I believe something can be done there.
In games, no matter where, active ones, waiting games wheever it is, other GOOD HEARTED, NICE, OK players i mean, maybe we may like to see trouble makers with their names RED COLOURED. So, once we see a name with red color, then we would be able to deduce it that the player with red color is marked as a trouble maker by CA personnel. I think this is a cool and dissuasive...

The idea is, action CA personnel to take is not to banish the reported player, letting them keep playing but also let other players know and see there is something wrong with the player with the red color... Temporaly of course, to be a sanction between a ban and leaving the accused untouched into the society back again.
