Do you have it turned off?

Control Panel > Board Preferences > Edit Posting Defaults

It was turned off ... I changed it but it still doesn't show up .

One more question ... My signature only shows on new posts I write. Is it possible to add signature to old posts ?

I don't think so.

Also, I think you'd better change your signature. Previous people who used their sigs to taunt others have had their right to a signature permanently removed.
