SpaceX Tournament - Completed - Winner - Serreski

Welcome everyone! It's been a long time since I've hosted, so I've decided it was time to do it again. The last event I hosted was the 2016 US Presidential Election, and we all know how that turned out

This follows the setup I used in my series of the Many Lands Tournaments.

This event is in celebration of amazing achievements this year by SpaceX

The format will be 5 player games, with 25 players, placed into 5 divisions. Players will be randomly placed into the first round groups.

Each group gets 5 maps to start in first round (sorry, premium players only). If one player gets 3, 4, or 5 wins, they move on. If one player wins 2, and three others win only 1, the winner of 2 moves on. If two players are tied at 2 wins each, then only they play a 1v1 tie breaker to see who moves on. If all tied at 1 each, one more game in played between all, with the winner moving on.

The second (final) round will be the same format. But if there is a tie breaker for 2 players, it will be best of 3 games.

Since this is SpaceX themed, the maps will be Solar System, Lunar War, Space, All Your Base Are Belong To Us, and Arms Race. The tie breaker game will be Random. All games will be Manual, Sequential, Nuclear, Parachute, no Fog, 30 Round Limit.

Once 25 players are in, I'd like to add up to 3 reserves and get started ASAP. Players will have 48hrs to join or will be replaced promptly with the reserves.
