Hey guys, on my mobile I can't see the dice when attacking, on the pc it's no problem. Any idea how to fix that? It's an android phone...

Same for me. I used to play on work phone ( for years) browser. It's a BlackBerry. No more. Cannot access anything other than a map inside any game. No panels or options, nada. This started like 2 months ago or so.

Can access Central Command ok, also jump back to it from a game map. ?? That last ' improvement' you made bites. !

Just came here to say that as of today, the game is no longer playable on my phone (it's a fairly new phone, latest android with latest chrome). It used to be great but something has changed...

This is still a thing for me too - anyone have a workaround for how to get dice visible on mobile or is a fix being developed?

I think the fix is "Use a computer, not a mobile device". I may be wrong though...

So I play all the time from my phone and besides the fact that it isnt the size of my computer monitor, it's just fine. Are people still complaining about phone play?

I recently came back to CC this past week and mobile was fine on my andriod device the first few days no all the sudden I can only see the map and the beggin turn/waiting bar at the bottom. No die no players no troop totals unless i click on the info buttons and than can see that but no longer the map. Played with my settings no fix. Any help?

Also a general error code keeps popping up when I try to submit a post in CC is declining page. Is it the page or because I was trying to use my phone?

Edit: its not just my phone. tried to use my laptop to post in thread CC is declining and still came up general error. sent two emails to the link it provided for assistance so far no response

Not sure what link you're using. Are you going to the actual Help page?

Here's the link to the Help page: http://support.conquerclub.com/ Tickets filed there generally get a response in 24 hours or less, except on weekends.

I'm not being facetious. I don't know of any popup on CC that gives you any link, so I'm worried that you may have been the victim of some kind of spyware or browser hijack.

I think you're right I got redirected to an offpage help site that had me send an email ill try to post a screen grab in the help section
