Back after 10 years on a new account / name, because they couldn’t remember the old one. So yeah… contact KA instead of using the new one they made.

Close. He wrote he can't access the email account attatched to the old name.

You are right he should try to contact KA but they don't make that easy. He's probably going to need to submit an e-ticket whatever that is.

"One click to submit an e-ticket." that would be if he could have signed in to the old account. I suspect he tried to click on some sort of "forgot your password" thing. That is probably when he realized he no longer could access the old email.

In my case for some reason even though I did have access, I could never receive emails from here. I attempted to put whatever@konkerklub.calm on my contact list to no avail. So last time I submitted an eel ticket I could not tell if it worked or what was going on.

So I suppose that's "easier" than sending a private message, where I can actually get replies, and see it was opened by the other party.

Since he has never come back to the thread. Maybe he took that advise to "message King A instead of starting the new account."

Got his old account back, so they guested the new one. Team CC isn't that ruthless. lol.
