tfh182 asked me to vouch for him/her via a post on my wall:
1)I don't see the details of any claimed cheating by tfh182 by his opponent, so tfh182 must be ahead of the curve with a preemptive reporting
I will try to look at the game to see wtF is claimed
2)I was in 9 games with tfh182: I am 4:3 against them in 1v1 and do not recall any cheating in those 7 games. Another was a guide, there was one 11-player game and I saw no note/claim of cheating there
3)yes, if you fill out the cheating Forum request properly, the mods will investigate thoroughly, depending on what evidence there is or was provided. They found an opponent of mine cheating, but didn't do a lot but stop his multi. Apparently paying customers have a different set of rules
