I think that's because the event was over the 25th or 26th!

Get "Play Tokens" when the games start (on or before 23 July) and "Win Tokens" when you win (on or before August 24).

Your 10 games qualifier statement isn’t correct;

You get a Challenge Achievement by either playing 20 games OR winning 12 games
You get a General Achievement by either playing 10 games OR winning 6 games

So basically you could have played and won 6 games only to get the GA but that 100% mark won’t be valid and you won’t be there seen on the board because you haven’t played 7 games?

I must have missed something in the logic somewhere…



As far NSS statement about the 7 games qualifier, I 100% agree, all it does is messing the main scoreboard…What’s the point to see a top X of players that doesn’t évent get the top X prizes…

The way is it described it does mean you get that medal as long as you collect the amount of described token..

So yes, you played 20 you collect 20 WAC play token, disregarding the win if any.

Should have been « AND » instead of « OR »? I don’t know, was hoping the event originator would have come here and answer all those question…

Greetings.. got my games from 190 to 38 ... Thanks everyone that had a crack to Whac Razor.
The Medals and prizes are given out manually by myself, it is not automatic.
So I will go through everything involved with the event when its finished and spend a day compiling and awarding prizes.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but it doesn't matter anyway since Mods don't win the prizes, though bragging rights is worth something. Some of this was confusing to me too so I went looking at past Whac a Mod events since this is my first time participating and every year it looks like people ask the same set of questions!

That isn't a bug - it clearly states that you need 7 games to qualify so if someone played 6 and won them all then quit, they only have themselves to blame unless they got caught in the "tournament ending early snafu" like I did.

I got at least two more. Don't get me wrong, I'm not ripping you. Thanks for putting on the show but these two things are lame.

Bug #1: The tournament ended early and kicked people out of waiting games they had joined (this happened to me), thus I didn't get my 20 games because I was busy by the time you got it all figured out.

Bug #2: The whole "play 20 or 10 games, lose them all but still get the challenge achievement" is nonsense.

I feel there should be an uper limit on the player side to not surcharge the mods, looked like the games were very quick to get filled and few players will reach the 20+ game treshold, while some have double the required amount.

Avoid joining more than 3 games in a row against the same mod without the mod's permission.

I believe this is supposed to act as the ”cap” to try and avoid that type of thing
