What are the rules on fog courtesy in the tournament?
Are we required to give the opponent time for a snap? Or is that part of the home/away advantage?
That is a good question. At this point that we already have two completed rounds, I think it is too late to make a strong rule about it. And, unfortunately, there are many players - like me, sometimes - that forget to wait for the opponent to take their snaps. :\
I'd say, do whatever you do within your regular game etiquette, as you were playing any normal other game.
I am sorry for the absence of new matches for this tournament. I have until this Sunday to finish my Master's thesis, so I am a little bit tight on time, as you guys can imagine. I "have" to keep coming here once or twice a day so I won't miss my turns, but that is pretty much it.
After Sunday (or maybe during Sunday) I will send out new games for this and my other tournaments!

In order to seed the playoffs, I placed a randomized list of 1st places against a randomized list of 2nd places with the caveat that no teams from each country could face each other and no teams from the same group could face each other. This was the result:
