Immediately tried it in Chrome instead of Firefox. Same thing.

All my other maps still work so far.

I can’t replicate the problem on my phone but it has been reported to the Webmaster and Admin

We are looking to identify any issues we can find

Confirmed this is an issue for non panel users.

Work around for now is switching to pastor

Go to settings on left menu and under game settings select yes to panels

It’ll change your game page layout but it’s the work around for now

Now it's happening to me again in a Third Crusade game. No buttons show up for me to push.

Game 22313097 Map disappeared and was unable to complete turn. Same thing happened yesterday but it came right after a few hours. I hope this is not a regular bug. I’ve also found game play to be slow and clunky. No fun!

I had the same problem: map not shown and Bob not working.
Here's a tip ( thxs to Riggins4441)
After entering the game try the spyglass in the upper right corner.
Go back to Central Command and enter the game again.
Works for me.

I appreciate all the troubleshooting and questions. But clearly, something changed w/ the code 2-4 days ago that horked up maps, BOB, clickies, etc. Just roll back your code to how it was last week, go back to your sandbox/DEV/QA environments, and re-tweak and re-test your new codes you've pushed out to PROD.

This latest release is clearly not stable and is a pain the the ass for end-users. Admit defeat, roll back any and all changes made in the last week, and get back to a stable PROD environment.

I definitely think it's the scripts. I use map rank and assault odds sometimes, but for 99% of the time I have tampermonkey completely disabled because it has caused issues in the past. I have not had a single issue over this last week, but also have not enabled tampermonkey...which makes me think the two are connected.

Assault odds haven't worked since this change. Map rank and assault odds broke at exactly the same time the other issues arose. I disabled tampermonkey and everything is fine. There has to be a connection there.

I attempted on my iPhone 13 and it was blank in Safari in both panels and non panels. Non panels showed the attack option but nothing in the drop downs and no map.

Ok thank you, please keep reporting incidents im trying to gather info and pass on as we find out more. I don’t have android so I can’t replicate, right now the major problem for most seems to be user scripts but there might be something else

I was halfway though a turn, switched screens to wall a teammate. Came back and the map and attack drop downs were not loading.
Switched to my laptop and opened the site in Chrome (no userscripts) - no map, no attack drop downs. Panel Interface didn't have the map either.

Ended up playing other turns and came back a few times refresh/reload - and it magically loaded on my laptop 20 minutes later after many many tries.

to resolve these types of things i will really need errors from the console. whenever anything weird like this happens people should pop open that console and check for errors (red).

For immediate turn needs, I’ve been told turning OFF panels and turning ON unity interface is a work around.

But for long term solutions / fixes the console data would be needed by those impacted

I'm guessing the important error is this one:

Uncaught ReferenceError: adjacencies is not defined at game.php?game=222858103

No further stack track information or anything else available.

I also get these two errors, but these I get on every map page regardless of if it renders or not:

Also, at least for me, this happens every time I try to go to a game when my turn is already in progress. 100% of the time. If I start a turn, go back to the home page, then navigate back to the game, I get the blank screen.
