Sadly, I don't see the run continuing.
We are down to a mere 13 "active" players, and the cracks are starting to show(as evidenced by our showing vs Ascension).
I fear that without some new folks joining us in the near future, we won't be able to field enough players to compete going forward.

I think it's problem several clans are facing, I know we're facing it too, we had 15 active players on our last war, we're starting next one with 14. But that's for the CC, for the RL my player pool is smaller even. And that's also why we decided not to join the Clan league this year.

How active are the recruiters in these clans ? There are plenty of players out their who would probably love to play. Yes they would be raw and need training which takes effort, but worth it in the long run. Work your way down the scoreboard and start cold calling non clan players.

I keep doing that.
Ofc LHDD has a language requirements that reduce who I can target. So maybe for other clans those players exists.
But I do get lot of refusals from players I approach. ( either not willing to play team games or not willing to commit to a clan).
Also I am not taking in players that are not willing to communicate to the level we expect in our cla. That is the main reason why I refuse people.
I could definitely have recruited more people if let go of the communication but not sure I'd want to play like that.

I did that in 2022 and acquired a dozen players. I don't have time to do that this year. Realistically, I doubt I'd find as many now, even if I had the time.

Players willing to joing a clan and good enough are out there. We made a clan out of basically nowhere. Yes later on we got add ons from experienced players but a lot of our crew were either new to the clan world or returning players that haden't been in the site for at least 4 years.

Of course the drop down of players affect recruitment and even more the creation of new clans but putting enough effort will land any clan players that are good enough. Maybe LHDD would have more issues because of the language. but any other clan should be able to recruit.

Correct. I know we were like 10 days late, but we still only add the stuff that ended in June. That war's last game concluded on July 2nd so it will be in the August ranking.

Shoop76 had a great idea to actually show the wars added for each new month's ranking in the post so no one really needs to go through the huge spoiler in the OP. I added it into July's above and will add it in for each month from now on. It's a good way to have a check on the data, too. If anyone ever sees anything that's incorrect or notices something missing, please do let us know.

People who know me will know I am crazy obsessive about checking and rechecking data so hopefully no errors, but I always do want someone to tell me if there are!

I know they are saying they are leaving on top, but they did technically lose their last war and would be good to see the impact thereon.

i hear you, but the rankings are always done as of the first of the month. it doesn't seem right to make an exception here.
