I don't understand this from the scoring chart,
"DRAW 4-4: 1 POINT
- LOSE 3-5: ZERO POINTS but you SURIVIVE to progress to the next Round"
If playing 8 games, these seem to be in conflict.

So, what's the conflict? It seems straight forward to most. You lose 5-3 you do not get a point, you Draw 4-4 you do get a point.
