Donelledan
Cheffed
Josko.ri
mc05025
rcfritz
jdmcinty
Each for their own reasons, but most of them being fierce, team/poly players that can always seem to make it happen. Who is that player that first comes to mind?

I hope to hear from some old-heads. I know there are players I faintly remember like Big Whiskey, downfall, etc that don't seem to pop up as much anymore/at all.TrafalgarLaw01 wrote: I agree Don and Josko are up there for sure. To be one of the best of all time you gotta be able to play everything. Poly, teamgames, but also multiplayer, assassin, etc and those 2 can play any setting and have a good shot at it. mc0525 is certainly a great player maybe not as versitile as the first 2 but could be considered in the top for sure. But Cheffed only played team and bot games and jdmcinty does not have enough games to be up there imo.
I would add Rockfist to the list. Capable in many settings as well,
As far as active players, I feel Don is the most capable on all maps, settings and game types, that I've ever come across.
I do not know much about the old timers tho
It's worth noting that this does specifically callout players who play all types of settings. Similar to what Traf, outline above, I do think that lense will bias towards certain players. In my head, I was somewhat thinking team games/poly players as my heaviest bias.LFAW wrote:Active players not in ACES:

Probably in that order. Josko is so good when he's at 100%. Scary stuff

My list is actually about versatility. I could be in a match of any settings against my list and they'd be a threat. I would say there are better team players than those on the list, I'd say there are better map specialists for sure. But if there was a tournament of random settings and random players I vote that of the active players on the site these five would stand up there.Swimmerdude99 wrote: It's worth noting that this does specifically callout players who play all types of settings. There's of course a disparity in skill between game modes. Another "subset" of modes not even considered would be freestyle/speed. Though I suppose most on this list can compete in that arena as well. (not in my original list though)
Does rockfist actually do much other than team games? I guess I just haven't noticed, if so. (maybe he's beat me into oblivion too many times, so I've scratched it from my memory)
Also, I'm honored to appear on someone's list, but I really doubt I'm actually that much of a standout. Just a name you might see around a good bit, and I definitely can handle my own on most games/maps. I'm not sure I'm the highest performer.
