Neutral Player Win
In games, (especially in zombie and Nuke games) , At the end of round limit if neutral troops count is higher than players troop count then it should consider as neutral player win.

Neutral: not supporting or helping either side in a conflict, not getting involved, impartial.
So if the neutral side wins is it still neutral?

Not Applicable... there are many maps which start with enormous number of neutral fields. How does this improve the site, or gameplay? It will just make it hard to play maps like Spanish Armada unattractive to play with round limits (kind of what GoranZ said).
What would be cool is an option whereby each player has the opportunity to deploy on or reinforce on neutral players.
