so i went to my grandparents house to help out...and its right next to this park...and this woman collapsed...well, i didn't really notice her until i heard her sister screaming her sister is screaming at her cell phone to get the paramedics here...and thats all she can say so i ended up taking over, and talking to 911, and then the girl on the ground started having a seizure and her sister is freaking out, and is totally no help at all and i just feel like shit now...i mean, i got her on her side, held her so she didn't hurt herself, all that stuff...but i still feel like i should have done something more

Not the best situation to come across. However, these things happen, and you either deal with it or you ignore it. I am glad you chose to do the former, despite your hesitance to congratulate yourself. You did all that you could, and that is all.
