Fine. What's the rule on having a younger brother play on the same computer? Can he not play? If I agree not to play games with him, is he allowed to play on my computer?

clutching at straws. if your not risking your rank, your not really playing RISK. just kick your friends asses and gain rank. don't be a pussy and play on another account. thats just sad and defaces the ideals of the game.
the easiest and legal way to battle your friends and not risk your points is 1vs1 terminator.
start as many as you want and agree that when a game is clearly won to deadbeat. this way nobody loses points.
but you can keep a private unofficial score to see how good you are doing vs your friends. and if they are good at risk they will quickly gain ranks and soon you'll be able to play for real points.

They're not really interested in playing with anonymous opponents but do enjoy playing amongst friends.
Problem is, they're ranked 1000 and I'm ranked 2500. If I play with them, they'll have no quams about just destroying me and this would kill my rank.
Is there a way to play with them without having to risk my rank? Could I create another account that has a normal rank just to play with them for fun?
this is a typical reaction due to the rank system.... Honestly it breeds this type of behavoir...
Set up some triples matches, doubles matches with these guys and get them to around 2000 points then you can play them whenever you want.
or you can stop caring about points and play the game for FUN.
If you really want to gain a lot of points, pm Death To All and ask him when another Battle Royale tournament will come. The most points gained from a Battle Royale tournament was well over 2,000.

hmm - interesting idea. the mods will not allow you to create a second account becuase too many other people would begin ask for exceptions. i guess if you really wanted you could play on one of your friends accounts - i guess that would be legal, but get it checked first.
