Lord of the Rings Map??

I just joined and love the concept behind this, but am wondering, has there been any talk about including the LOTR Middle Earth map?

It's one of the few I've found that can hold up to the original in terms of variety and balance, so if there aren't any legal issues holding this back what's it take to get this map added?

Rekatan if you go into the Map Foundry Forum, there are all sorts of maps being made. You can also suggest them. And fyi, there is a Middle Earth map already made.

hmm strange, didnt see that on the list when I looked at the new game maps, sorry if I posted this in the wrong place.. NEway, this map is quite a bit different from the official one, but not bad.

It can't be official due to copyright issues, so they mixed up the territories so we could have a Middle Earth map.

Don't worry about not seeing it :wink:

ahh ic, ya I figured that was it.. Well still looks like a very good map, although I did really like the ports in the official map, Im not seeing them in this one, or am I blind yet again?

the trick to the MiddleEarth map is to grab either Lindon or Mordor right away! Perhaps there is a different version of the MiddleEarth map? If that is the case, then you need to try and post your suggestion to the administrators.
