Shows I used to watch include:

HULK

DALLAS my parents were hooked

BOSS

DUKES

and probably one of the funniest shows in the 80's GOLDEN

I just loved Dorthy's sarcasm!

Jay, the reason you don't remember any of those shows is because they did so terrible that they only lasted for a short time. I grew up in Indiana, not California! How else could I justify being a Cubs/Bears fan while living out here...LOL

At least you're getting some action... Not like us children :x Okay, at least not like this child :x

I was born in 1982.
In 90's i was spending about half an hour a day on computer, and 3 hours on TV. Now i spend 4 hours a day on computer and another 3 hours on TV (or DVD).

In 90's i used to play Football with my friends, go to movies (or a museum) a lot. Now half of them (friends) got married, and another half is drunk all the time...

Life was easier, no DVD (maybe Video), no mobiles, no...

I think I kinda miss 90's

I agree with everything above (inluding being born in '82. ). It's amazing that 2 guys from Croatia can agree that 90's were great considering that we were at war for most of the 90's (and I am not talking about a war that is 2 Continets to the East. ).

The questions is, was technology more benign in the 90's or are we just glorifying our childhood ignorance?

Yes we were at war, but I don't think about it that much.

Glorifying our ignorance!
In the 90's i thought that by the age of 25 i will have a steady girlfriend, have a job, my flat, lots of money and I'll be doing all those cool stuff.

Ten days from now I'll be 25 and I don't have a job, I live with my parents, no money, and I'm sitting in front of the computer 4 hours a day.

What am I then?
I'm a college degree grandpa who is writing other people's seminars for money and booze.

Ah, It's not so bad life after all...

I was born in '81, and what I remember of the 80's I don't like so much. 90's were better, 00's could have been better (and still could I guess, I've got 2 1/4 years left right?!) so right now, 90's FTW!

If you mean in the 90's, agreed! In fact my favorite music comes from early 90's grunge (and I didn't even get exposed to it until the late 90's - early 00's).
